JSM & Associates was engaged as the OAR to manage the design and construction of the check baggage inspection system (CBIS) at Greenville-Spartanburg Int’l Airport. As the OAR, JSM managed, oversaw and coordinated all facets of the pre-construction, bid and award, construction, and close-out phase of all assigned projects. Reviewed pre-construction documents and submit comments to designer as necessary. JSM also Managed both the project budget and schedule to meet the Airport’s qualitative standards; monitor the project budget on a monthly basis and ensure that the budget accurately reflects the project status / progress.
